I googled it - they're digital kits with a pixel size of about 700 x 700. I would assume if you were to print them, they would print out smaller than regular size.
There are people that make tags or sigs for emails or board posting and they use much lower resolution than scrappers, since they never print. Tagger kits are usually between 600x600 to 900x900 in size and at a low res of 72 dpi.
Sometimes I see a designer say it's tagger size but 300dpi, does that mean you can stretch the paper to 12x12? If I'm doing full size 12x12 papers, even if I want to shrink to print at 8x8, should I just totally avoid all the tagger sized kits?
