What is a "not to miss" at the food & wine fest?

Granted, we'll have a 3 YO in tow, but I was just curious what people thought was a personal favorite.

Honestly we loved everything. We had no kids though, it never would have worked with our three who are quite older. Several nights we didn't eat dinner, just ate our way around the World Showcase. We did the Australian wine walkabout and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Word of warning -- you will see more drunkeness then you are used to at Disney for sure. It was very crowded on weekends too, we got there on a Saturday and never had seen Epcot that crowded. I went back alone during the week while DH was in conferences and it was emptier. We had a great time listening to the music groups too -- we saw Three Dog Night - Joy to the World!
