What is a key FOB

Is it a key chain? It is on a list of a person I need to buy a gift for and it says Coach key fob. What is the difference?

Thats because of the mark up because it says "Coach"

Yes Coach are expensive but, if you have a Coach outlet near you maybe you can find a nice one there.
