Ok, obviously I know what a fanny pack is
, but what is it considered when flying
? I have a small (10" long x 7.5" high x 3" deep) Eddie Bauer waistpack. It isn't one of those "hiking packs" or anything. It is small enough that when fully-loaded, I can still wear it in my lap on the roller coasters and completely engage the safety bar over top of it. My question is, if I am wearing it when I board the plane, it it considered part of my attire or is it luggage? I would have no need to remove and stow it since it is so small. I plan to have my phone, iPod, Kindle, wallet, ear planes, headphones and pills stored in it so I would want to keep it handy.
