What Irritates you about DLP?

I've never understood the logic for that. Every other hotel in France charges by the room, not by the person. Really, you're saving them money by only you being there as you'll use half the water and half the electricity and take up half the room in the breakfast room.

I do think it's really unfair and I can't see the justification for the extra charge.

I'm glad I'm not on a webcam :rolleyes1 I probably do take up the space of two :lmao: :lmao:

I don't know if it has been mentioned, but mostly all hotel resort restaurants are now buffet-restaurants. When did that change happen? Only at the more expensive ones you can choose a la carte (f.e. the Manhattan,Yacht Club). That was a little bit annoying, because we've planned to eat just a main dish and a beverage for under 15 Euro at the Chuck Wagon Cafe at least twice. We're students and wanted to save money. No way! Chuck Wagon Cafe, Parkside Diner, Cap Cod (and surely at least one of the SL restaurants, too) have changed into buffet-restaurants.
And I'm wondering why that isn't written on the official site. It still says table service or counter service there. But we saw it with our own eyes, that's not true!

The cheaper buffets costs 22 euro with one beverage (La Cantina,Chuck Wagon). The Chuck wagon cafe was good and maybe a reasonable price for a buffet, but not what we wanted.
Actually we planned to have 4 dinner in the resorts hotels. But we only could afford to eat two evenings in restaurants. So we ate one evening at Mcdonalds, for the other evening we bought sandwiches.

The second restaurant we ate at was the Cap Cod, we really loved this reataurant till now. 26 Euro without beverage this time. The quality of the food was better than at the Cheyenne but the supposed to be warm food was cold and the choice of the main dishes wasn't very big.
I'm very sad about that change. I really couldn't eat that much that this restaurant visit was worth it.

My tip: If you want to save money you better eat in the park now!!!!
