What in the world happened!

I was just checking to see if I could get an ADR at Coral Reef. I got one! However, after I filled in all my info and hit accept the load screen went forever!! I finally did what the load pic says not to do, hit refresh.... I have done this before and got my ADR.

Well this time I went to my reservations and low and behold! I have NO RESERVATIONS! I even typed in my reservation numbers on the website and they only had ONE! Chef Mickey. Not even the one I PAID in advance for the dessert party!

What in the world is going on. I am worried!

I logged out and logged back in and still no ADRs! Now I am not going to sleep very well. I will be waking up all night thinking, when will it be 6am so I can call Disney about this and get my ADRs BACK!!!

I rescheduled at Tusker House and this time wrote the number down.

For reference - the reservation system shuts down periodically at night for maintenance. Doing things at this hour is generally not advised since you have no way of knowing when it will go down or come back up.

It's why resorts print out and pre-checkin late night arrivals.

Whew. When online this morning and ALL me ADRs were there! Even the Coral Reef one I have been hunting was there!!!!

So happy and relieved!

You should call and see if they can look it up by your name and phone number- it might still be in there. When a reservation is deleted you can still pull it up and it will tell you that it is cancelled, but if you don't do this you run the chance that a CM will notice and cancel both of your ressies if they are the same morning. (the Chef Mickey's and the Tusker House)
