That fur is gorgeous! But yes, I can absolutely understand why you'd have to get her shaved. I do regular maintenance on Callie's fur always clipping out little tangles when she's asleep. The long hair cats are so beautiful, but definitely high maintenance.

So sorry about Moxie's heart. That's hard. We've lost a couple at youngish ages and it's so hard.

Isn't it crazy that your catwalk is what's keeping you from getting a cat! LOL.

Our Callie is 18, closing in fast on 19.

My "PC", a mixed Siamese and ? lived 22+ years. At the time she was the vet's oldest cat in her practice.

And it's certainly ironic that a catwalk is one of the main reasons we don't have cats nowadays!
