:jester: OK we have our PS for NYE at the Liberty Tree Tavern. We also have our Park Hopper Passes. We are not staying on site this trip. What happens to our PS if we can't get into the park due to the crowds. We had to give a credit card number to hold the PS and was told that there was 48 hour cancellation policy due to this being a special event period. We plan to arrive at the MK between 8 & 9 AM and hopefully should be able to get in. Once in we do not plan on leaving until park closes that night. But if we can't get in I would not be a happy mouse camper if they billed my credit card for something that I can't control. So how does Mouseland handle this?

When I questioned Disney Dining about this, I was told that the official policy is that its your responsibility to get in and that if you aren't, your card will be charged. I called a couple times and was given similar answers though one CM said they are sometimes lenient if you call that morning from another park and explain the situation, though I wouldn't count on that. I'd call Disney Dining and ask (and make sure you get the name of whomever you speak with). And then I'd plan to make sure you are there before park opening so you can get in.
