What hours is MK open to the public if...

...the calendar says 9AM-11PM EMH. Upon further checking, it says it is an evening EMH day.

So, if we are not EMH eligible, what hours can we visit the park? Do we want to avoid this park? Or will this be a good day to get an early start at the park in the hopes that the EMH folks will come later to enjoy the evening EMH?

the park is the open from 9am to 11pm for the general public, from 9 am to 2am for resort guests.
