Budget board? More like break my budget board!

I come here just to see if there is a deal I just can't pass up! Sometimes I get caught up in the excitement of a thread! Recently I've purchased...
Wii Toy Story Mania-- because $39 was a good price.
Zhu Zhu pets--because they were in stock!
Fannie May candy-- with $10off and free shipping.
I'm sure there's more if I thought about it.

Oh, funny! My budget is often challenged because of the good deals from the Budget Board!!

* crocs and mammoth crocs
* zhu zhu...gave me a head start tho, cuz the kids were in love with them from the commercials
* Vera Bradley
* Old Navy jeans on sale...and played with the Old Navy coupon site daily during back-to-school just cuz it was fun

* I will be on the look out for a Mickey Dooney and Bourke our next trip too!

TEVA mush- until this board I had no idea there was such a thing as a "comfortable" flip flop (or one that cost around $30 LOL!)

Zhu Zhu Pets -- not even on my kids radar screen, but I got two anyway just because I could, thanks to everyone on the budget board!

On a serious note, I have learned so much about how to book discount airline tix that I was able to get my mom and aunt tickets on Southwest from Pittsburgh to New Orleans for a funeral with <24 hours notice...for around $250 each! (my mom had been quoted between $600 - $700 each before I stepped in.) And of course we all know they didn't have to pay for checked luggage....

This is just what I have purchased recently for Christmas because of this board (and because it fits in with my shopping needs). I've been tempted by many things, but didn't buy them because I didn't "need" them. Like the Vera Bradley sales! I look at them every time because its such a great deal, but really, I think they are ugly (too loud) for me, but I still want one because of the deal.
