Another vote for Tour Guide Mike!
We went during a slow time but as my family are relatively late risers, the advice on TGM really helped us reason out where to go and why. If you know the why you can adjust to crowd levels and be more spontaneous.
I also have to agree to pick out a few things you really don't want to miss and then just enjoy the atmosphere and feel the magic. We tried to do too much at first and it was, well...just too much!
