What have the crowds been like...

My daughter & I are going to DL Aug 18th-Aug21st & she seems to think school will be in then for the area. Does anyone know if that is true?

Also what have to crowds been like this week or last? I know im dreaming that its not crazy busy, lol!

We are going Aug 20-21. My understanding is that most schools out here go back this monday, the 17th (in Los Angeles county anyways, not sure about Orange County).

However, it might be somewhat busy as some of the season pass holders will be unblocked starting tomorrow- the so-cal select, I think. Since you are going for 4 days, you'll have plenty of time to do everything. The middle of the week shouldn't be that bad. Hope you have fun!

O.C. schools are still out. Sorry. As are some Corona/Norco schools.

And PP stated though, many AP holders have been blocked out for the summer and we can start returning on Sunday. One pass can start back tomorrow and the other one (the cheapest SC AP) can start on Monday. Expect highher level of crowds, especially at the beginning of the week. Many of us haven't seen the new fireworks or Fantasmic yet.

We'll be there tomorrow, but won't be staying late. DD9 is actually already back in school (year round) but will be off starting Aug. 29th We plan on getting there early and then leaving when it start getting crowded. We won't be staying for the FW but plan on coming back either this week, or next week, to see them.
