What have I done wrong with registering?

I registered on the GAD web site, found a place to volunteer and submitted my interest to them via the web site. I was called and a day/time was arranged. However, when I log on the web site it says that I am not signed up for something. What did I not do? Thanks!!

When you first signed up, did you get an e-mail stating that you had expressed interest and someone from the organization would contact you? That e-mail has a link for you to go back and register your date and time. Did you do that?

No, I didn't get that e-mail.

I don't know. I'd call the guest assistance number from the FAQ from the site (407-827-5990) and tell them you did not get an e-mail after expressing interest, but you were contacted by the volunteer organization and need to register your date and time. They may have you express interest again - it seems like the easiest way. The e-mail might have gone to your spam folder.
