I don't think I can ever order another one after seeing that ingredient list. OMG, that's horrible!
Yeah, I know the ingredients look pretty bad. But then...probably best not to read the label on Cool Whip, Coffee Mate, or many other every day products we eat...even if you are like our family and try to buy more whole foods, you still eat these things in restaurants all the time.

Well, it has natural flavors in it. Otherwise, it's kind of like a bowl of soft serve Cool Whip. Real pineapple ice cream would be better, but it's actually pretty tasty. The good news is it's pretty much fat-free and very low in calories -- 80 per half cup, I think. I eat it at DL because it just wouldn't be the Tiki Room without at Dole Whip Float. And at least the pineapple juice is real!
