I was just on my morning walk, talking to myself of course. I'm sure the neighbors think I am crazy but talking to myself keeps me motivated. Anyway, I was "discussing" the things that have changed about me in the last 6 weeks that I have been doing Weight Watchers and being part of WISH. I thought it would be fun if we posted our "brags" on here, for other people to appreciate. We definately can all understand the work it takes to reach these accomplishments. I'll start.
What I like that is different (btw, I have lost 18.4 lbs in ~6 wks w/ WW and WISH):
1. I feel like I can dress more like a 26 year old now
2. I have hips and feel curvy again, before I just felt like a blob
3. I like to exercise and don't have to drag myself out to do it now
4. My knees don't hurt at all anymore
5. I feel like I have some great supporting friends here at WISH
My goal is to lose about 80 lbs total so I still have a long way to go, but thinking about these "little" things is what keeps me going. How about all of you?
