What Happens When You DONT Make ROOM REQUESTS???

Generally the only request I make is non-smoking.

If I am checking into OKW, I will ask the CM to check for availability of the unit type I want in the Southpoint area because we like to be in that general vicinty, but I certainly don't lose any sleep over it if I don't get a unit there.

I, too, have felt like most of the time I luck out with what rooms I get. Then again, I am not real fussy about view or handicapped accessible either.

been bumped (upgraded) out of the values into a mod? Just curious, we're staying at POP w/extended family (7adults & 5 children). I don't know if that would be a blessing or curse!!!

If you check-in early in the day (even if your room is NOT ready) you shouldn't have a problem. It also depends on what time of year you are traveling. If you're there in peak season and want something specific then I would request it.

Anyone know how to make a room request when you've booked online, specifically the AP best rate program?
