We came back from our week long stay at disney 3 weeks ago. I e-mailed disney and let them know what terrible time we had there, especially at the Riverside. For one thing they only had 3 sea raycers at a 2000 plus room resort. We couldn't rent one all week long. A bike was $44 an hour. Overall we have more fun at a one day trip to a six flags than we did at DisneyWorld. Just yesterday they finally got around to calling me back and left me a short message letting me know they appreciate my comments and will better train their staff, (yeah right) I've been trying to call back the number that called me with no luck. How does Disney handle complaints? It seems to me they could care less about complaints. On a scale of 1 to 10 our stay was about a 4.

Was this your first visit to WDW. It can be overwhelming; it's big and expensive. As for the raycers, there are many places in the world to rent them. One of our favorite places is WL. There are many boats available to rent. My experience is that the better you know a place the more fun you have.
