What happens if you lose your Refillable Mug?

DH lost his on our last trip (of course, it was DH who lost one ) and since we only had a couple of days left, we didn't bother to do anything about it since by that time DD was done with the pink lemonade addiction.

So...would I have had to pay the entire purchase price again?

If you kept the receipt I believe they would have replaced the mug while you were still there.

My mom lost her mug while we were at Pop Century in December. They let her get a new one without batting an eye - they didn't even ask for a receipt.

When we were there last time we stayed at CBR and my son lost the cover of his mug. We looked around for it for a little while and then we asked what we could do about it and they just gave us a new cover without a problem. I felt bad because I got annoyed at my son and I was annoyed that we were taking up time looking for it and the CM made it so easy, like it was nothing. I felt stupid for making a big deal about it to my son. LOL.
