What happens if the test is positive

So if you're driving and your test is positive...what happens? Will they still let you through (back home to Canada) and you just have to quarantine at home? They can't actually refuse you entry can they?

If you are driving and you are a Canadian citizen, then they can't deny you going home. You'll just have to ensure that you have a quarantine plan (which would be at home I'm thinking).
