What happens after pay-off?

I had to laugh when a friend at the bank called to see if we wanted to borrow more money with their new "special offer." More debt? No thanks, we have plenty!

Then I thought about our DVC payments, and realized that our 2nd small contract was obtained at 12.5%!

So, for the same payments, we can eliminate our Disney Debt, fix the holes you can step through in our deck, and still come out ahead!

What happens next? What do they send you back in the mail? And how long does it take?

you will recieve confirmation of your payoff. a few months later you will received a copy of your deed stamped "paid" from the county. just file it all with your disney paperwork. that's it...just a great big grin on your face to know it's all yours! of course, they still seem to have no problem finding you for those annual bills dues/taxes etc.

I paid my balance off for SSR in March and I still haven't received anything. Do you have any idea how long it takes to get something showing that the balance is paid in full?
