I am so sorry to hear of your disappointments with your DIS Site Sponsorship. I will not offer excuses, as I am not 100% in the loop on all the items offered, but I will try to offer my help.
Here's what I know:
DISBoards email account - I know that most of these are working. If you continue to have problems accessing yours please email me directly and I will gladly look into this.
DIS Sponsor Logo - again, I am under the impression most of these have been given out. If you're missing any please email Corey directly (corey@wdwinfo.com) and he would be happy to assist you. I would offer to have you write me but I will just forward your email to Corey so this will be faster.
DIS Forum Access - once again, if anyone does not have this I will be happy to investigate it further for you. It sounds to me like many people have been able to access this board, but are not satisfied with the 'quality' of posts. I'm not sure if this is a valid assessment on my part or even how to fix this - as most discussion forums take on a life of their own - but I am open to suggestions. Is there something you were expecting that isnt happening over there?
DISMessenger for Gold & Platinum members - I know I sound like a broken record here but if anyone is having problems with this as well please email me
Special Discounts - currently Dreams Unlimited Travel offers free membership into the DisSavers program for qualified site sponsors. I realize we had some challenges getting memberships set-up but I spent a good portion of the weekend getting these activated. If you have not received an email introducing you into the program, and you are eligible, please email me. Other discounts are 'in the works' but I am not sure of the status of these.
DIS Mugs - I am not 'in the loop' on these but the last I heard a design was being worked on as well as production and fulfillment being investigated. I am not sure where the hold-up might be in this process but I will be happy to ask around.
I realize these are probably not the best answers to these issues but wanted you to know that, for the most part, the items offered to Site Sponsors have been implemented - if not in the most efficient manner. I also realize that the mugs seem to be the major issue here and will look into what happened to these.
