what happened to my code?

I called to see if I had a code. The cm I spoke to said I had one for April 15 to June 2 or Aug 21 to Dec 9. He said it was 30% a room only or a pkg. I thanked him and said I would call back. When I called back to book the next cm said there was only one code good until March 31. I am on hold now while he is checking. He said let me see what else I can find and he put me on hold. I am holding now at 5 min.

And keep calling back.. OR ask for the dreaded Supervisor.

Here is an update. After holding almost 15 min the cm came back on and stated that he checked with his supervisor and there is no code attached to my name past March 31. Now I don't know where that cm found that code. I should have asked him for it. Has this happened to anyone else?
