What happened to Frito-Lay?

Has anyone else noticed that Disney switched all the chips on property to their own brand? What happened to all the Frito-Lay chips? We had a bag of "Doritos" nacho chips (their brand) on our recent trip, and they just weren't as good! (Although the concept of Disney chips was cute!)

I haven't tried the nacho style but the regular chips, kettle cooked style, are TDF. My DS and I both loved them and in a bunch of our pics you can see that blue bag in our hands!

I would bet you large sums that F/L makes Disney's chips. They make over 90% of all chips sold in America under over 100 names. They are very close to being a monopoly.

I do not think the new Disney chips are made by Frito Lay. The vast majority of F/L chips (and other products) are certified kosher. The new Disney chips are not.

As a matter of fact, we're trying to figure out just how far afield Disney had to go to find potato chips that are certified vegan, but have no kosher certification. Usually the only type of potato chips that are not kosher are cooked in lard, beef tallow, or have cheese. But those chips would also not be vegan.
