What going on at WDW between Oct 31 and Nov 8?

Thinking about a short trip down for maybe 5 days at the beginning of Nov.
I know about the MNSSHP and the Food and Wine Festival....
But I was wondering if anyone knows of other large events.... not neccessarily put on by WDW..... conventions, Jersey week, Pop Warner, etc. Can someone give me dates on these?
I want it to be a quiet trip, but an inexpensive one.... looking to stay value... but don't want to end up in the middle of something like Pop Warner... can't handle dealing with teanagers for 5 days, etc.

We'll be there at that time too. Yes, I hear that Jersey week draws quite a crowd. The official days for that are Thurs 9th and Fri 10th November but apparently many people will make the most of that opportunity and start arriving Sat 4th so the crowds will increase from then until Sun 12th.

Bear in mind, if you're a fan of Fantasmic, that it's due for rehab from 1st Nov to 8th November inclusive.

We are going to be there around that time also. I am also hoping for a fairly quiet week . I thought I read that Pop Warner is usually in December. Not sure though if they do it the same time each year .

Giving this a bump.....
I am really thinking about Nov 1 - 5 and wanted to see if anyone knew of anything else going on.
Events? Conventions?? Anything??
