Because I am too lazy to look it up, what can I make to go with some grilled salmon? I don't have rice on hand either so I am looking for other suggestions.

Please help because dinnertime is quickly approaching at my house.

I agree with Lisa, that would be a perfect meal :sunny:

Green beans in a light lemon sauce.

We usually eat it with steamed Broccoli. Then with the leftovers we make Salmon and Broccoli Quish for dinner the next night.

Asparagus - with a little balsamic vinegar, sea salt, pepper and olive oil and baked in the oven.

We sometimes have pasta with grilled Salmon.

I make linquini with butter, milk, a slice or two of american cheese, salt, a little garlic, a sprinkle of parsley and/or chives (I have freeze-dried chives)

That, and a veggie... steamed brocolli, grilled summer squash, or maybe a salad.

I prepare the Salmon kind of like a grilled steak. I buy the tail portion, I coat the top with a little oil, then season generously with salt and garlic, some additional spices too. Grill on the top just until it is nice and striped/blackened... turn, and finish cooking with the skin side down, on LOW, to cook the salmon without overcooking or drying. Then, when it is done, I pour on some lemon/butter, (I just throw some butter with a squeeze of lemon juice in the micro-wave) so that helps keep it moist and juicy and not dried out. It usually turns out yummy!

We like pasta salad with grilled salmon. Grilled veggies, too! Yum! ::MinnieMo

Grilled veggies - we make kabobs with onions, tomatoes, peppers, then also grill some strips of zuchinni. Yum

Anything! A salad, sauteed zuchinni/summer squash. Potatoes, pasta, corn on the cob. I can't really think of too many things that DON'T work well with salmon. Maybe potato salad and baked beans wouldn't do too well??
