We sometimes have pasta with grilled Salmon.
I make linquini with butter, milk, a slice or two of american cheese, salt, a little garlic, a sprinkle of parsley and/or chives (I have freeze-dried chives)
That, and a veggie... steamed brocolli, grilled summer squash, or maybe a salad.
I prepare the Salmon kind of like a grilled steak. I buy the tail portion, I coat the top with a little oil, then season generously with salt and garlic, some additional spices too. Grill on the top just until it is nice and striped/blackened... turn, and finish cooking with the skin side down, on LOW, to cook the salmon without overcooking or drying. Then, when it is done, I pour on some lemon/butter, (I just throw some butter with a squeeze of lemon juice in the micro-wave) so that helps keep it moist and juicy and not dried out. It usually turns out yummy!
