What goes on at the Flower show?

Can anyone tell me what goes on at Epcot during the flower and garden show? Do they have a listing of activities beforehand? We would like to head over for a few days during that time....but I would also like to plan accordingly.....

Here you go, all you need to know about the Flower & Garden Show. I'm there every year. Be prepared for sensory overload with the magnificent colors! It gets more beautiful each year.

Do they list a weekend schedule anywhere for the gardening seminars??

While we didn't do any of the events/seminars, we did take nearly half a day strolling through EPCOT looking at everything (taking a few minutes out for a ride here and there). It really is beautiful, moreso than usual. Be sure to walk through Future World, as well, even though it seemed to us that there was a lot of focus on World Showcase.
