DW and I drink healthy smoothies for breakfast most mornings - all natural, nothing but fruit and natural fruit juice, no added sugars or chemicals, etc.
The menus never really specify what exactly WDW uses to make their fruit smoothies. Does anyone know? Are they full of extra sugar? Chemicals? Not the ones that the description obviously makes it clear that they are not healthy, but the ones that could go either way and only say strawberry smoothie or strawberry-banana, etc.

We aren't avoiding diabetis but it does run in my family and is one of the big reasons we are trying to eat healthy now while I'm 30 so that I don't have diabetis when I'm in my 50s like my father.
