What food to bring?

we also packed what we call "Disney Smoothies" they are marketed towards the younger crowd but my picky son sucks them down-they don't need to be refrigerated and I know he's getting some fruit. Ellas Organics also makes the Red One and the Yellow One-fruit smoothies for kids-sold in the baby food section of target but the kids eat them these days-they sell applesauce in this kind of pouches too but he had plenty of applesauce with the kids meals. We did protein bars and larabars too-easy to pack. And had food delivered from garden grocer as well-mostly water and juice boxes that couldn't fly with us-and some rice milk. Vega makes a chocolate energizing smoothie mix that is shake and go-loaded with protein and counts as two servings of veggies and my picky eater loves them! We also brought his Gluten Free bread in the suitcase and had peanut butter delivered with garden grocer. It wasn't the most healthy week but at least I felt like he was getting some nutrition. We did peanut butter and bananas too or rice cakes with peantut butter and banana (that was a messy in room snack though-not packable),.
