what food is good at POP Century?

Hmmm..my DS13 who NEVER eats a burger unless it Mickey D's decided to be adventerous since he was at disney and loved the bacon double cheeseburgers. I especially loved the cheesefries.

But as far as more normal food goes: I had the chicken ceasar, YMMM...chicken parmesan with Penne alfredo sauce, Mom's night out dinner, had the turkey, I don't know if it was Lo Mein, but something with beef and brocolli (sp?)

And I liked the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Not outstanding - but probably the equivalent of a breakfast sandwich from BK or something.

LOVED the frozen coke, but it's is gone now I hear. :sad2:

I read that the twinkie tirasmu is no more at POP, and I looked for them but didn't see them. Can anyone tell me if they still have them???

My son likes POP and likes the food there, so we tend to eat there at least once per day.

We tried POP for the first time in June. I thought the chicken alfredo was very good and it was a large portion. DH had some kind of fish sandwich (it may have been blakened fish). He thought it was very good. We both thought POP has the best deal for ice cream sundaes. We had 3 large scoops of ice cream (our choice of flavor), a choice of topping, sprinkles and about a can of whip cream. There was quite a long wait/line for the ice cream sundaes.

What no more twinkie Timisue???? Please say it isn't so, I have never tried it and so wanted to when we are there!!!

I had a waffle topped with a strawberry sauce and whipped cream and thought that was pretty good--even better with a side of bacon.

We're going to Pop in October and on the dining plan. We want to save our snack options for the parks. I know pop serves platters for breakfast, but can you buy just an order of toast or bagels?

Where to start..... I love the meatball sub, Mom's Night Out - fried chicken dinner and vegtable lo mein.

My husband really enjoys the cheese steak sandwich and my oldest daughter loves trying their different salads.

We have eaten other items and we never had anything that was bad.

The tye-dyed cheesecake is good and sometimes you can get a small dish of grapes and cheese(thats hit or miss) I have used a dessert credit for those. A

For breakfast, the breakfast pizza is good but not very healthy. ;)

For dinner, I am in love with the shrimp lo mein! I can't seem to bring myself to order anything else!

What kind of flavor is the tie-dye cheesecake?

I saw they have pulled pork bbq for one of the TV dinners sometimes. That sounds good to me! :)

Yes, you can. They have self-serve bread and bagels in the back, with the refrigerated beverages and desserts.

Shrimp lo mein is very good. We also like the pizzas but not the ones that are delivered to your room.

The Tie Dye Cheesecake is awesome. The flatbread with chicken is horrible, I spit it out and ate some of my DD's meal. It also took 20 minutes to get it. The omelet's are good, the fried chicken looking TV dinner is good, it does not taste like a TV dinner at all. I had a meatball sandwich that was messy but very yummy.

Yes they have bagels and toast. The toast is like 69 cents or something, the bagels more. However when I went up to the counter I always had a bagel because that is what my DD wanted, I said "could I use it for a snack" and they said that is was the "side item or dessert" with a CS meal. So we always got a breakfast platter and a bagel(with Cream cheese) and a bottle of water using 1 CS and this fed two of us. We were on the QSdp so we had only CS to use and POP was perfect for this dining plan. I think we would have been dissappointed having the QS plan and staying at another resort. The options are amazing!
