What flight # do I put on ME reservation page?

I am attempting to request ME online, but which flight # do I put if I have connecting flights?? Both or just the last segment??

I had to call for my arrival ME service, and went online for my last day ME to the airport. (split stay)
They only need the flight that arrives at MCO and leaves from MCO.
