What famous people have you seen at Disneyland?

We saw Kathy Ireland on our trip to DL in February of '06. She had her kids with her, but no bodyguards or assistants or anything like that. We saw her in Adventureland and then we saw her get right on the Jungle Cruise with no wait. How do they swing that??? I guess her fame was at it's height in the 80's and 90's as a model -- but it was still fun to see a celeb.
The only other celeb I've seen are Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin when we went to New York last October (not at DL obviously)-- we saw them in Serendipity and they were very nice and gracious even though people were asking for pictures (the wait staff in Serendipity, however are so rude and act like they are doing you a favor). Kinda fun though.
I'll keep an eye our on our next trip to DL this October . . .

I haven't gone often enough to have caught a glimpse of anyone famous. However, the last time we were there, Paris Hilton and either Lindsey Lohan or Kelly Osbourne were there the same time. I read about it in a magazine a week or two after we got back. It was during the 50th Anniversary in 2006.

I just remembered when my youngest had a performance there, in Dec 05, Teri Hatcher was filming a commercial in front of the castle.

Its funny I go to Disneyland all the time but never see anyone, but that might just be because I am too wrapped up in my own fun to notice. Or it could be because I am not particularly good at star sighting. Just last week at Comic-Con in San Diego I talked to Richard Hatch (from All my Children and Battlestar Galactica) for about 15mins and didn't know who he was until some one came to take his picture.

It is interesting that one of the big events in LA I work at has had a lot of star sightings including Hugh Jackman and kids and Annette Benning and kids (heard she told Hugh Jackman to come out) just last year. And I have seen others around but never at Disneyland.

Last year at Christmas we saw Cortney Cox and David Arkette? well you know what I mean I don't know how to spell his name

I hung out with Jon Bon Jovi in DCA while our kids were on rides. It was kinda funny-he was eating a corn dog and I was feeding my baby and we made small talk about what a nice little quiet corner we had found (right between the dinosaur and Mulholland Madness in front of the CM entrance).
Then like 5 minutes later a couple of girls come up and ask for his autograph and photos and I realize "Hey that's Bon Jovi!!!!" I really didn't want to ask for a pic after sitting there with him and not realizing it, so I just said "have a great day!" (DUH!) when he left with his family. DH was totally laughing at me.

We also saw Frankie Muniz and his girlfriend a couple of times

Living in So Cal we see celebrities pretty regularly so it's not a big deal. The best story I have is seing Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell screaming at each other outside a movie theater at 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica. They were screaming at the top of their lungs because they couldn't agree on a movie.

To beat the crowd - we were taking one of the side walks that isn't used much and this big burly guys stops us and asks us to wait in a very quiet voice. Of course we look at him quizzically and he points and there is Julianne Moore and family with interviewers and photographers around. I Leaned down to DS (BIG Dinosaur fan) and asked quietly if he recognized the lady - should have seen the BIG grin on his face when I told him Jurassic Park 2. Anyway, the body guard was gruff until he realized we weren't going to cause a scene and we were fine waiting a bit and not being disruptive then he was SO nice - smiled and talked to the baby and then let us pass with a "thanks so much" when it was clear. I had to wonder if the poor guy takes a lot of crap from people!

Spent the majority of my time looking at her and thinking... so, why can't I look like that! :rotfl:

I saw Caroline Rhea (one of the aunts from Sabrina The Teenage Witch). She was sitting outside Haunted Mansion and I took a pic with her. She was really nice :goodvibes

Oprah

She's in between the 2 camera men on the ground, wearing the gold ears (turned to the side).;)

haha, I'm exactly the same way. I would never notice if I was chatting with a celeb or walking right by a celeb I never notice stuff like that, unless of course there were a large group of people asking for autographs or not letting me by.

But when I went to Rodeo drive for the first time years ago, I was browsing in the gucci shop (prentending that I could afford their stuff) and I turned around and ran smack into a lady we both went oof, and then she laughed and I said sorry, no big deal. I continued to flip through shoes while she stood beside me and tried on belts, then my mom whispered to me "Is that Paula Abdul?" So I looked again, and sure enough it was her. Man she is short, lol.

But then my sisters who were rather young at the time, didn't know who she was so they kept whispering "who is that?" so I whispered Paula Abdul, then my other sister who hadn't learned how to whisper yet says "Paula Abdul?" Then Paula looked at us, I was so embarrassed lol. But I imagine they get that kind of attention all the time.

Vince Young - a few days before he lead the Texas Longhorns to the 2005 national championship in the Rose Bowl.

Tom Hanks with his escorts in Adventureland.

Rob Reiner with his family in the candy shop next to the shooting exposition.

Jennifer Love Hewitt with some guy entering California Adventure

Talked with Kevin Alsop and his wife Mona (owners of Big Bear Choppers). They've been on the Great Biker Build-Off, American Thunder, and some Travel Channel show. We were all in the GCH concierge at the same time.

We met Carnie Wilson last March. She was with her hubby and daughter. I wish I could find that picture.. It's buried somewhere in my computer...

we were at DL the week after thanksgiving back in 2005, they were filming for the "live" christmas parade, and they were just gathering whoever was nearby, and my son got to stand next to Diana Krall. There were a lot of takes of them waving at the camera. Later on, there was one of the American Idol singers, i forget which one, i didn't want to stand in the crowd. it was so neat to be back at home watching the 'live' christmas disney parade, seeing my son standing next to her. i didn't know who she was, but my husband did.

Saw Joey Fatone (Dancing with the Stars) this past April right before Easter while he was still filming Dancing. He and a group were with a tour guide. They had just ridden SM and were off to do something else. I was sitting outside of the ride with a little one in the exit walkway by the arcade. Got a good look at him, but saved him from the fan picture-taking.

I saw Henry Winkler at disneyworld. I wanted to ask him if he really had a tatoo of Roy Orbison on his toosh.

I didn't see anyone famous, I may have been non observant though :rotfl2: Infact I've never seen a famous person in real life period. Unless you count Nsync :rotfl:
