i saw a commercial for HSM 2 and i was like you have got to be freaking kidding me! the first one hasnt even been out a year and they are making a new one, already!?! i swear people these days are getting way to carried away with movies........HSM 1&2, Cheetah Girls 1&2, Shrek 1&2&3, The Santa Clause 1&2&3, POTC 1&2&3, and so many more. but what can ya do about it? they're gonna keep comin.

My friend heard on Much Music that he's being replaced by some guy. Can't remember his name but he was in the first HSM apparently, he sang for Zac sometimes.

Yes Zac Efron Is starring the the Movie version of Hairspray.

Ew HSM 2? Everyone knows it will stink up the place, jsut because its a number 2. Some movies are not ment to have sequels, like the Santa Clause #! was amazing #2 was okay, #3 I didn't even have an interest in seeing.
Althouhg I did like the 2nd Shrek.
If they plan on making more than one movie, they need a atoryline that can survive 1-6 hours of interest, like LOTR Star Wars etc. Not HSM.

Oh! and disney movie sequels! Aladdin 2&3 Lion King 2&3. Those didn't even make it to theatres.

He's working on filiming Hairspray, the new movie. He is starring as Link Larson. He is working along side with Amanda Bynes.

HSM2 is coming out later on this summer on Disney Channel.

Drew Seely. His voice was blended with Zac Efron's. And no. He is not totally replacing Zac. He is just filling in for Zac when he can't attend performances due to his Hairspray filming.

lets see... filming for HSM2 starts in February, it comes out Summer 2007 so they'll have about 5-7 months before it comes out, about 3-6 months of it will be acting... seems a bit too rushed (though i don't know how long it usually takes to make a movie...)

I don't really care about acting ability on the Disney Channel. You have to go in and realize that they might not be the best actors/actresses in the world, and go from there. I feel that the scripts 'work' without tons of acting ability.
At the very least, they are better than the people who do the plays at my school. High School productions are always garbage around here.
