Hello all -
This is my first time booking a trip without a travel agent. We rented DVC points for our hotel stay. I have park tickets purchased and theme park reservations made. Flights are booked and transportation to/from the airport is booked. Our dining window isn't open yet, so other than that, what other things do I need to book? Please advise! Thank you.

Depending on the type of tickets you have, you might not need those park reservations! But it's better to have them just to be sure. You're set with your transportation from/to the airport (if you're not renting a car)? Are there any special events you'd like to do, like a fireworks cruise or a pool cabana or a tour? Something else to book 60 days out....

All I got for you! Have a great trip!

Magic bands, if you don't already have them.

Start thinking about your itinerary and whether you are going to do a grocery order. It's too early to actually do the order if you will do one, but it will take some time to think about what meals you will eat in the park versus in your room.

Make sure you have all the essentials or a plan to get them: sunscreen, rain gear, swimwear, toiletries, etc.

Break in any new shoes over the next month.

Are all of your pets accounted for? That's always the one we forget until the last minute.

If you have any special celebrations you are going to do while down there, you can start looking into that. For example, if you want to have some sort of birthday celebration in your room, you can start looking at options for that. There are some local people down there where you can order special gifts and treats, but you need to reserve in advance with them.

If you want to see the Cirque show at DS, you can start looking at that now. Depending on what time of year you go, you may want to book those tickets earlier rather than later. But if you are going during a slower time, it's usually fine to wait until closer to your dates to get the tickets. My recommendation for seat locations: get the cheap seats that are higher up. You have a better view the higher up you are.
