What drinks in the MDR are included?

I realize alcoholic beverages have a charge, but what about water, soda and coffee?

Soda water/club soda by any chance?
My experience, anything that's classified as a "soft drink" was included (we were never charged for). I've had ginger ale, a Shirley Temple, no charge.

Others here insist that, unless it's strictly one of the coke products that are served from the drink stations (as in comes from a can), there's a charge. But my husband has had diet caffeine free coke served with a can and glass = no charge.

Is there anything non-carbonated, like Fruitopia or Lemonade or juice/milk that's free?
Milk is included in the cruisefare, also. And I know they have Hi-C Lemonade and Hi-C Pomegranate Lemonade at the drink stations, so I'm fairly certain they would also be included. I know juices (apple, cranberry and orange at least) are available at breakfast, you probably could also get them at dinner.

It's Minute Maid Light Lemonade and Minute Maid pomegranate lemonade at the drink stations and those are free. I don't know if they have regular, non-light lemonade available anywhere. If they do, it would be in the MDRs.

Juices are available free in Cabanas and I would guess those are free in the MDRs as well.

Thanks for the pics. That will be fine for my DS, who doesn't like soda. (I think he was switched at birth... doesn't like popcorn, either!)

I have ordered juice for dinner, so that is a non soda possibility.

Also, I never had an issue with ordering club soda (carbonated water) in the MDR. One cruise our server was a bit confused, but when I explained what I wanted, he got it and it never arrived in a can. I think sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier as there are so many different ways of naming the same thing (soda water, club soda, sparkling water, carbonated water). The one confused server said that he would go and figure it out and obviously some other colleague taught him how to obtain it. He kept a large caraffe with it at his station from then on to fill our glasses. Unfortunately it is not an option on the drinks stations on deck (don't know why, would be so easy!). I put that on my comment form on every cruise!

I always get the brewed iced tea in the MDR's. Most of the time it is excellent, but sometimes it is on the weak side.

But it's infinitely better than those vile powder mixes, even when weak. Whoever mixes those up don't realize that tea is considered a "clear" drink.

I've gotten ice coffee in the MDR for no extra charge. It isn't the best but is exactly what I need. Sometimes they'll bring the hot with ice on the side and I have to mix it myself but on one cruise the head waiter would run to the cafe for me and get a glass! He never once charged me for it either. Totally going above and beyond but I told him I worked at Starbucks (was true at the time) and was getting massive headaches from caffeine addiction withdrawals (also true). I said I was fine with just coffee and a cup of ice but he was adamant he would get me a real ice coffee.

They have regular lemonade in the MDRs that is neither the Minute Maid light nor the Minute Maid Pomegranate. It is free and IMO tastes better than either Minute Maid option.

We're from Canada. They don't have Hi-C here, but there's plenty of Fruitopia around, even in soda fountains.
