What does your week look like?

We're planning on going down to Orlando the 1st week in June and staying for a week in one of the Windsor Hills townhomes.

We've never gone for this long before. Usually we go for around 4 days at a time and stay on Disney. We also plan to be seeing other parks this time and only stopping by Magic Kingdom.

What does you week look like if you go down for a week or longer, especially with little ones. We were thinking we'd probably hang out around the pool or at water parks during the day and go to the big parks at night when it's cooler and the crowds are a little thinner. Suggestions? Experiences?
