What does this mean regarding the Fall/Winter Room Only promotion?

On the special offers page of the WDW website after I click for the Fall/Winter Room Only promotion just nexy to where it says check availability now it also says book through November 21, 2010. So I am wondering does that date mean anything when it comes to future availability for that promotion?

Pretty sure it means exactly that - you can book the deal through Nov 21st (or all the rooms are booked, whichever comes first). Or am I missing the real question?

Normally when one promotion needs another one starts.

So I would say maybe a week before Nov21 ends we will see the next set of promotions.

But Fall/Winter Room Only promotion is good from 10/3-11/23/10, 11/27-12/25/10 and 1/1/11-2/16/11. So even though there is about a week when it's not being offered, it's still the same one once the new set of dates start.

Can this room-only deal be applied retroactively to reservations that have already been made? What if the dates are for only part of your stay? Can it be applied to the applicable dates? Boy that sounds confusing!

So what if you wanted to book this promotion for one of the later dates between November 27 - December 25, does that mean we need to book it by November 21? We have been checking to see if a Deluxe Club Level Room at the Boardwalk Inn becomes available for our dates which is December 9 - 23 and so far it has not been available. However what if one becomes available after November 21 does that mean we won't be able to reserve it under this promotion, even though the dates for it are still valid?

Book by Nov 21, but keep watching for a better discount and call back to MODIFY your existing reservation. FL/AP rates are not our yet for January, but the Fall/Winter deal was so I gave my deposit and booked and when the better rates come out I can call and they'll price adjust it. hope this helps...

Note that if you have a package and want to change it to a room only, or the other way around, you have to make a new one, and then cancel the other one. You cannot convert one type to the other one.

The moment you add dining or tickets to a room only rez, it becomes a package.
