Alright, there it is. What does that mean? Does that mean I get a chance to work with Disney, would 18 weeks be long enough for the culinary program?

That would entirely be up to your school, bring as much information as you can about the Culinary CP to their office and talk to them about it.

The fact that it refers to 'more than 1,200 employers' suggests that there is a set list of employers that you would be placed with. You'd have to check with your school to see if Disney is on the list.
