What does the kitchen sink (ice cream) cost at Beaches & Cream ?

We saw a mention of the Beaches and Cream giant ice cream creation in the
Spring 2003 Disney Magazine.
My son would love to have it for his 11th birthday this May - when we go to WDW.
We will be at the Dolphin next door - just a skip away from the Beach Club.

Do you need PS at Beaches and Cream ?
How many scoops of ice cream is in the Kitchen Sink ?
Is it made to serve 4 - 6 people ?

and best of all...
How much money does the Kitchen Sink cost at Beaches and Cream ?

Your best bet is to get a quick and casual voucher and use that. We actually used two at Beaches and Cream and ordered the Kitchen Sink with that. I just could not honestly use one voucher and order it. I felt we got more than we paid for using two.

We are just back from the Swan Feb 14, ate at Beaches and Cream and I think the Kitchen Sink is up to $23-not too outrageous a change.

You can DEFINITELY just order the Kitchen Sink! Beaches and Cream is an ice cream shop. The two tables that ordered a kitchen sink while we were there only got the giant sundae.

By the way, a lot of people on this board say the No Way Jose sundae is the best one at Beaches and Cream.

What is the No Way Jose sundae? My dd whose 8 is dying to have the kitchen sink. I'll probably give in and get it with her but I know we won't make a huge dent in it. Oh well...probably will be a great picture for her scrapbook and her memories. If you're just getting ice cream do you need a PS?

No, you don't need a PS for Beaches and Cream. We arrived at around 11:15 to make sure that we got a table. It is very small and fills up fast. By 11:30 there were already people waiting for seats. Check out the menus at www.wdwig.com. You can find out what the No Way Jose is. We just ordered the Kitchen Sink and it was good but way too much for 4 "little piggies" as the waitress announced to everyone in there.

You can't make a PS for Beaches and Cream, but depending on when you go- sometimes you can walk right in!
Other times (like right after Illuminations) there's a mob!!

We hope for tables when we're there, but half the time we sit at the counter. That's a lot of fun too- to see the CMs behind the counter in the prep area keeping everything straight.

If you're going to order a Kitchen Sink though- try for a table or a booth; that way the dessert can be attacked from all sides!!!
