I googled it, and all the hits are on the DIS boards. So I suspect it doesn't really mean that much at all.

It doesn't mean anything - the poster (above) either made it up themselves or nicked it off a mate who made it up themselves. They are hoping it will catch on so that one day (in a galaxy far, far away) said poster can bask in their glory and be proud that their acronym has become "famous" .... and still no-one will care. Such a cruel world

To me, it represents a sadness of our state of families.
