I'm at SAH Mom to three kids (DD 9, DS 5 and DS 3)...which takes all of my energy...and then some. In a past life, I was a contract Technical Writer for a software company - something I plan to do again (from home!) once all of the kids are in school full time.

DH manages a global Customer Interaction Center (call center) for a software company that happens to produce call center QA software.

Lots of teachers on this board!

Anyway, I am a bookkeeper for a Credit Union and DH is an inside salesman for an industrial valve corporation.

I am a physical therapist for a home health agency, and dh works for a big business forms printing co.

dream jobs: dh would be a charter boat fisherman.

I almost forgot my most important job: MomTaxi. When I leave my job, my MomTaxi job begins. Horrible hours-no pay. Pick up DD from whatever after school activity for the season. Go home, get DS and drop him off at whatever practice he has. Bring DD to her evening activity. Pick up DS from practice. Pick up DD from practice. On the weekends, substitute some activities with dance and friends for DD, and friends for DS (mind you, I only have 2 kids-I don't know how anyone with 3 or more kids does it). When I retire, I figure I can drive a bus at Disney with no problem.

My DH and I own an Electrical Contracting Business, he works in the field and I'm in the office doing all the bookeeping, benefits, etc, etc. We have 12 employees, they keep me very busy! Also head driver for 3 year old DS and 11 year old DD, who has me hopping with our recent purchase - a horse for her (she sometimes let's me ride him!!

I work on the Web edition of The Salt Lake Tribune, so it's a perfect mix of computer geek and journalism for me. DH is a Chief Planning Officer for a company that does software and protocol systems for emergency (911) centers worldwide.
