What do your weekend plans look like?

It's a weekend dedicated to our kids I guess!

Saturday is an afternoon birthday party, followed by a movie.

Sunday is THE WIGGLES in concert! Whoo-Hoo! Okay, I am just as excited about that one as my kids are.

Pulling up ceremic tiles from the upstairs bathroom and the sub floor too! This means taking out the toilet and the vanity. Stripping wallpaper in the upstairs bathroom, removing these ugly wood shutters from the bathroom window and painting the light fixtures in the bathroom a silver finish.

Ripping up the kitchen fllor and subfloor which means we move the stove, fridge and one of the cabinets that is not attached....no cooking for me this weekend!

Monday the installers come in to put new flooring in both rooms. After the bathroom is installed I will be wallpapering the bathroom and then DH gets to put the toilet and sink back in.

If I'm really ambicious, I will also strip the downstairs bathroom's wallpaper and redo that as soon as upstairs is done.

and sometime during all this I go to church.

Nicole has a pretty bad cough so we will be staying in this weekend, which will give me an opportunity to clean the house and do some laundry.

Well tonight, we are going to watch my DS's last football game. (hes a senior)

Tomorrow we will be up bright and early to take that same DS to take his SAT. (which is a bummer because the season was supposed to be over last weekend or I'd never have scheduled him for tomorrow.)

Tomorrow evening I work.

Sunday it will be church in the morning.

Watch the Steelers give the Eagles a beating in the afternoon and then off to work at 6.

Grocery shopping and banking Saturday morning,

Then on to an Irish Christmas boutique up in Wisconsin.

Back to my old home town for a wedding mass (a friend from work who's getting married in my old church).

Then over to my in-laws for dinner.

Sunday will be quieter. Most likely going to see The Incredibles.

Fishing is the theme this weekend! We're staying at our friends house tonight for some freshwater fishing early tomorrow morning. Then, maybe some saltwater fishing at the jetty/harbor in the afternoon or Sunday morning. Should be fun since the fish are going crazy right now!

Tonight...not much, DH is working, so I might go watch a movie or keep Dis'ing!

Tomorrow...Clean out the garage, but that is pending since we are getting our first snow of the season and it is hitting us hard right now! LOL No way am I freezing my butt off to clean the garage!

Sunday...taking the kids bowling and having pizza!

Sunday: Pack, go to CAROWINDS!!!! cook and pack, go to a play, rehearsal and homework.

Last weekend was simply NUTS.

This weekend is very nice and laid back. I need to drive down to my parent's house to get the mail and check on things.

My best friend called and wants to go shopping for baby (she has a boy too.....it's been BOY TOWN up til last week when I had my ultrasound) tomorrow afternoon.

Church on Sunday.

Work on a scrapbook I'm giving to my mother in law for Christmas.

That's it! Ahhh.......we just got back from seeing the Incredibles....6 thumbs up from me and my boys!

Saturday: Stop by the open house event at the local travel agency, schmooze in hopes of getting a job there next year. Also, return video.

Sunday: Sleep. Sleep, sleep, sleep. Then go out to Silver Dollar City in the early evening to check out the Christmas lights and drink wassail.

Last night I hosted a retirement party for someone at school. I have to work at JCPenney's from 8-12 ( Biggest Sale of the Year!), and then go to my DD's field hockey tournament until 4. Tomorrow I have to clean the house, drive around town to pick up political signs, and visit a sick friend in the hospital.

I feel guilty for saying that I am going to the hairdresser later this morning and on to Home Depot to SHOP not just browse. I am really excited to finally be able to do a lot of the projects that I have been putting off for awhile.

Sunday I will try to go to church and we will definitely see The Incredibles.

Today (Saturday) we are having Thanksgiving at my Aunt's house in Castine. Another Aunt is leaving Tuesday for the Cleveland Clinic to have heart surgery so we are doing it early. Works out great though because almost EVERYONE can come!

Tomorrow my Mom is keeping Jack (my 7 year old all day) I havent' told my dh this yet, but we are going through his room from top to bottom. He has way too much junk in there and with his ADHD and sensory problems he just can't find anything. I think it will cut down on his frustration if we get rid of a lot of stuff. Maybe we'll go see The Incredibles late tomorrow afternoon! Gotta make up for getting rid of some of his stuff!

Noon today is my 5 year old daughters kid birthday party with 23 kids..my sister and her family come back to my house, open the gifts and I cook dinner for them....then at 630 the adult friends and neighbors come over for coffee and birthday cake and gifts...then Sunday the family comes over for dinner and cake and gifts. Then she can pick out a few that she will donate to the toy drive for sick kids at Christmas.
