What do you wish Disney would bring back?

Maelstrom
Plastic Cheese
Stuffed pretzels
Push - talking trashcan
Off Kilter
Calling DHS: MGM
Miyuki - the sugar craft lady in Japan Pavilion
Riding with the monorail driver
Pavilion stickers

To name a few.

I never got to meet PUSH, but I really wish the contract dispute would get settled. My dad has a video of him being followed by PUSH, it's hilarious.

I wish they would bring back The Main Street Bakery, the way it was with tables and great baked goods. Keep the Starbucks coffee if you must but bring it back. I loved to go in there in mid-afternoon for coffee and a snack.

I wish Disney would bring back:

Push-The talking trashcan (he was so cute, and hilarious)
The Main Street Bakery (cinnamon rolls-yum)
Toon Town (so many memories of my kids playing there when they were little)
The Backlot Tour at HS

Push, toon town, 20,000 leagues and the Christmas garlands across Main Street. Let's not forget about the Osborne lights at the studios!!

I understand why they discontinued riding with the monorail driver, but I wish it were still possible, too. My father's a train driver and it was always cool as a kid to go on the train with him. Of course, he couldn't do that now, either. OH&S!

I am hoping the Osborne Lights come back in some way... I never got to see that, either.

Push and Miyuki are gone? Darn.

Yes, and I miss both! We never visited Epcot without stopping to watch Miyuki work her magic. She really was fun!

I miss Toontown. Minnie and Mickey's houses were alway a treat.
Lights of Winter. I still don't see what they are gone.
Jingle Jammin Jungle Parade. Best parade ever!
I also miss the Garlands on Main Street
Riding with the Monoail pilot
Concourse Steak House

Yeah, I remember that! :smickey:

I got to ride up front on my first longer visit. It was AWESOME! :cool1:

I'll never forget the feeling when we swooshed in to The Contemporary Resort for the first time. :woohoo:

:tinker:

Main Street Bakery might be gone, but someone please tell me I can still get a cinnamon scroll/roll in MK. They're one of your finest exports, USA! :worship:

In one of the other threads, someone mentioned that Disney used to do calls from Mickey when you'd booked your trip to the parks. That would be awesome. What things has Disney/WDW discontinued that you would love to see come back?

My list (so far):
  1. "You're going to Disney!" calls from Mickey
  2. Signed photos for kids who write to characters
  3. Paintbrushes in MK
  4. Souvenir photos at CRT (ETA: in folders, included in cost)
  5. Disneyside stick family decals at http://buildyourdisneyside.com/
  6. Printable Star Tours passports http://www.startourspassport.com/
  7. Printable personalised WDW stationery

What's on your list? Do you miss any of the things on mine?
Toon Town.

Toon Town for sure- some of my favorite memories as a kid were from walking through Mickey's house.
And Spectromagic!! My FAV nighttime parade.
