What do you wish Disney would bring back?

I remember a lot of these rides from my childhood trips to WDW. It was sad when they left, but it was fun to experience them at DL when we went a few years ago. I'm kinda OK with Mr. Toad and ToonTown being gone from WDW as long as they stay at DL. It's nice to have different offerings at different parks. I know not everyone gets to both/all, so it can be disappointing not to see something that's at the other.

I miss:
1. riding with the monorail driver. That was always a highlight.

2. The production-centric offerings at DHS (MGM forever!, lol). My best friend and I finally got picked for the water battle movie scene that started the backlot tour during our trip the last season it operated. And no one else was with us to take pictures! I also used to love volunteering for that show they used to have where you were green-screened in to old TV show clips.

3. Innoventions "cutting-edge" tech demos, like the Honeywell House.

And Disney Stores across the US that only have one fixture of ugly adult screen printed tees!!! I miss the collectibles, books, art, embroidered apparel, watches, etc.

Wonders of Life Pavillion at Epcot (Body Wars)

The "real" Journey into the Imagination (the newer version is - meh.)

Catastrophe Canyon @ HS --- which is still Disney MGM Studios in my fondest memories.

The Adventurers Club @ DTD

I really miss the Animation Studio drawing class at DHS. My favorite souvenir every trip was bringing back a drawing I created. I know they offer something similar at AoA, but its not the same.

The pork shank at Gaston's tavern

Also can anyone tell me if that "chili cheese bread cone" thing at DHS/ Fantasmic is still around? Never had it but durn Pinterest keeps "suggesting" it!

River Country. I went there on my first trip when I was 12 and it was like walking into Tom Sawyer's world. So fun! I wish they would do something similar with clean water.
And I am sad to know that we can't draw with the animators anymore- hadn't realized that :(

Tapestry of Dreams - my mom and I were totally sucked in by this parade and watched it like 4 times on our 2002 trip

Toon Town :(

Skyway - this was a lot of fun in 1989, but I can see how it would be a problematic ride given current crowd levels.

Vanilla ice cream at aloha isles.
The Segway tour at Epcot.
Jalapeño pretzels.
Spicy seared tuna noodle salad at sunshine seasons.
Mickey march on the bus when you pull up to MK.
Towel animals.

1. Horizons
2. All the more educational rides they used to have in Future World (World of Motion, original Universe Of Energy, etc.)
3. The songs they used to have on the Epcot rides (e.g., Tomorrow's Child, Listen to the Land)
4. If You Had Wings, aka Dreamflight
5. Orange Dole Whip
6. Mickey-shaped butter at the table service restaurants
7. Tram tour at Hollywood Studios
8. Higher levels of cleanliness in all the hotel rooms and theme parks
9. More reasonable prices
10. More access to discounted hotel rates for annual passholders
11. I realize this is not possible, but I wish they could bring back Walt Disney himself. Short of this, I would like to see them bring back more of his ideals and vision.

Disney Dollars

Fort Wilderness Railroad (never got to ride it)

20,000 Leagues
