What do you use to make... and where do you buy it?

I'm trying to list all of the supplies I'm going to need for my Creative DISigns for our trip and take advantage of coupons (I get a lot from JoAnn's, Michael's and Hobby Lobby) or sales at Office stores but I'm not sure what all I need. Here is what I'm planning to make.

T-shirts (Already got some of Amy's transfers)
Welcome Letters
Passports
Invites & Envelopes
Tip Envelopes
Coupons
Pressed Penny Tubes
Travel Activity Books
Mom's Guide (4x6 book that will be used for confirmation numbers, times, etc)
Nugget or gum wrappers
Thanks a Mint

And possibly magnets and Window Clings

Would you mind sharing what you prefer to use in terms of paper weight, cardstock, etc as well as where you get it? And for the Mom's Guide and Activity Books, how do I get the binding done?

Thank you all so much!

T-shirts (Already got some of Amy's transfers) Amy's Transfers
Welcome Letters regular paper if you are going to leave on the bed/table in the room or cardstock if you are going to hang on the door or put in your scrapbook
Passports I like 4x6 or 5x7 for the size and print on cardstock and have it bound at a print store like Kinkos or Staples, or make a photo book with artscow, walmart, shutterfly, etc.
Invites & Envelopes I like to make mine invitation size so 8.5x5.5 or smaller dependinig on the size of the envelope you have, and I print them on carstock as they are a great addition to scrapbooks
Tip Envelopes
Coupons print on carstock
Pressed Penny Tubes print on cardstock or regular paper and use clear shelf/contact paper to cover the label and adhere to the M&M/Mentos tube
Travel Activity Books cardstock as it is sturdier, travels better and gives a more solid surface to work on...some do regular paper...just my preference
Mom's Guide (4x6 book that will be used for confirmation numbers, times, etc) cardstock...you will want to use sturdier paper so that it will last the trip. If you can, laminate the pages (unless you will be changing confirmation #'s during the trip. Lamination is great as you will be throwing guide in and grabbing it out of backpacks/bags as you need it.
Nugget or gum wrappers cardstock or regular paper...cardstock often requires a good edge with a bone folder but regular paper can be wrapped around nuggets and gum wrappers more easily without using a bone folder. The BEST paper for these is glossy brochure paper that you can purchase at office supply stores but it is a good bit more expensive than regular or cardstock paper. The only thing that I would recommend using cardstock for is Telynn's character nugget wrappers. You will need the sturdier cardstock to help the characters maintain their shape.
Thanks a Mint cardstock (regular paper isn't sturdy enough to hold the mint matchbook shape)

And possibly magnets and Window Clings you can get these products at office supply stores and/or hobby stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby

And for the Mom's Guide and Activity Books, how do I get the binding done?
go to a copy shop like Kinkos or Staples and ask them about binding. They can give you different options, colors and pricing for each.

Thank you all so much!

Thanks Dolly, I'm heading to some stores after work to take advantage of a bunch of coupons and it helps to know what to look for.
