I'm not a huge fan of AK (no kids on this trip) and I was thinking of trying to go there and Blizzard Beach in the same day. My original plan was to do AK in the morning and BB in the afternoon because it tends to get warmer. Then, I read a post saying BB gets really crowded in the afternoon. Should I stick to my original plan or reverse?

I think it depends on what you like to do the best. If you like to go on the slide and tube rides at BB, then go in the morning and do AK in the afternoon. If you want to do the main rides at AK then go there in the morning and BB in the afternoon. It really depends on what time of the year you are going. If it's during spring break, the crowds will be big and what I just suggested will be best. But, if you're going at a less crowded time, you could go with your first plan.

I would do AK in the morning...go on an early entry day if possible. We always see more animals in the morning.

Remember - AK closes earlier than the other parks...and I think I would rather fight the afternoon crowds at BB than freeze in the mornings!

Another thought - maybe you could stick your stuff in a locker at AK and go to BB directly from there? That would save some time.
