Hmm I was hoping to maybe try Boma on our next trip since we are staying at AKL but now I am not sure. I don't like sweet food that I want to be savory/spicy if that makes any sense!

Makes perfect sense. And I didn't like Boma either because of the cloying sweetness of the foods. I was very disappointed because it was the one meal I was really looking forward to. They do have different types of hummus with different breads that weren't sweet. And that's what I made a meal out of there. I've been told the falafal is not sweet and they have one couscous dish there that isn't sweet either. Since my DD really wants to go on our upcoming trip, I'm going one last time and planning on concentrating on those items.
