What do you think of our 3 day plan?

I think there’s been a lot of advice recently to make meal reservations if you want to sit down for meals-we heard that loud and clear for the trip we are on now. We have not had the experience the above poster has had, but I do recommend reading and understanding when you should do things in general-you don’t need to plan nearly as much as Disney but yes, you should know when it’s best to do Ollivander’s, what can wait til. Just times, etc.

Dining reservations= good. But, also, don't eat at peak times if trying to walk up. I never understand why everyone flocks to restaurants at noon. You're on vacation so not tied to a "lunch hour." Go at 11-11:30 and the crowds will be so, so much less.

I agree with other posters that having no plan is not really ideal. At least make a list of priorities. I also agree that spending at least your whole first morning doing HP areas especially with a fan is the best bet. It is nicest to just do the whole area and take it all in and not go in for a quick ride and then back out. Go to Ollivanders first, do Escape from Gringotts then take some time to do the wand stations, browse through all the shops, drink Butterbeer. Then the rest of the time can be hitting rides around the park
