I've got things fairly nailed down, but I'd like to hear if any of you have any constructive criticism of my itinerary.

Dates: 3/24 - 4/7
Cast: Me, DW, DS10, DD8, DD5, DD2 (my mom and 14 yr old sister will be there with us from 3/25 - 4/3)
We're flying into Tampa and renting an 8 passenger minivan for the duration of our stay.
We'll be staying 4 nights at the Fairfield Marriott Village, then 6 nights at All Star Movies, then 4 nights at Port Orleans Riverside.

Friday, 3/24: Arrive in Tampa around 10am after overnight flight. We may go to a park or may not depending on how we feel. Dinner at Chef Mickey's at 5:00pm.

Saturday 3/25: Universal Studios Florida. Pick up my mom and sister at the airport at 7:45pm.

Sunday 3/26: Islands of Adventure.

Monday 3/27: Sea World.

Tuesday 3/28: Switch to All Star Movies. Rest and relax. Dinner at
Whispering Canyon at 5:00pm.

Wednesday 3/29: Magic Kingdom. Dinner at the Plaza Restaurant at 5:00pm.

Thursday 3/30: Animal Kingdom. Dinner at Boma at 5:40pm.

Friday 3/31: Drive to Ft. Lauderdale for King Tut exhibit.

Saturday 4/1: Epcot. Princess breakfast at Akershus at 10:20am. Dinner at Biergarten at 5:30pm.

Sunday 4/2: Disney Studios. Lunch at Sci-fi at 11:30am.

Monday 4/3: My mom and sister depart (Maybe use ME). Move to POR. Rest and relax. Dinner at Boatwrights at 5:20pm.

Tuesday 4/4: Magic Kingdom.

Wednesday 4/5: Epcot. Dinner at Marrakesh at 5:30pm.

Thursday 4/6: Disney Studios.

Friday 4/7: Flight home from Tampa at 1:00pm.

I'm planning on keeping the last 2 full days(Wed, Thu) flexible. I know we'll spend 2 full days at MK, but I'm not as sure about Epcot and Disney Studios. It depends on what we feel like doing. I also need to fit 4 or 5 hours at Blizzard Beach into our schedule, but where to put it may depend on the weather. We could do it on one of our "rest" days, or we could do it on the last Wednesday or Thursday.

What do you guys think?

Just a couple of things....

Sci-fi shows 50's monster movies which may scare or just not be ok for the small kids. I reccommend Mama Melrose as an alternative.

Also, at Marrakesh there is a belly dancer at lunch, but not dinner. maybe consider having lunch there instead for extra fun.

You've got open days, so I would definately consider a trip to Typhoon lagoon (the better water park for little ones, IMHO).

I let each of the kids pick a place they really wanted to eat and DD8 is set on sci-fi. I really don't want to have to cancel that one. Are the movies really that scary? DD2 will have just turned 2. She's not scared of movies at all yet. Hopefully that won't change by then. DD5 I'm not sure about. If it's going to be a problem, I could always take her somewhere else while the rest of our group eats at sci-fi.

We went to Typhoon Lagoon on our last trip, so we thought we'd try Blizzard Beach this time. My mom and sister aren't interested in going to a water park, so we'd probably need to do that either on the day they leave or one of the 3 full days we are there after they leave.

I'll think about doing lunch at Marrakesh. That was the last PS I made and I wasn't sure if we were going to keep it. I'm trying to leave the last 3 days as flexible as possible, but the food at Marrakesh sounded really good so I wanted to try it at some point.

Thanks for your input.
