My 180 day window opens up pretty soon and I think I finally have my plan down. I will do it at 6 am on that day, so hopefully I won't have any problems!

We are staying at BLT, so I tried to plan dinners in areas convenient to that for after our afternoon pool and rest time. I also thought about the locations of the restaurants compared to where we would be at lunch time in the parks to minimize time lost. I really wanted to do Teppan Edo or Tutto Italia, but Coral Reef was a better location for us being in FW.

I know this is a HUGE amount of food, however, we probably won't order apps for each person, or even dessert all the time. I'm sure I'll be splitting my dessert with my 8 yr old anyway and she can give hers to the 2 1/2 yr old :-) We are also doing the character buffets more for the characters than the food, so I really don't worry that we will overeat for breakfast.
I am 1 credit over, but I figure somewhere along the way we will have to cancel one! If not, we will pay OOP for the last breakfast or just use our leftover snack credits :-)

The Plan:
8/25 (check in by 9 am, at MK until room is ready, go back for dinner and wishes)

12 pm Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch
6 pm CRT dinner

8/26 (MK, pool/rest, Epcot in evening)

8 am Crystal Palace Breakfast
12 pm the Plaza lunch
6 pm Rose and Crown dinner

8/27 (AK, pool/rest, flexible evening)

8 am Donald's Safari Breakfast
12 pm Yak n Yeti lunch (Kobe burger for my son!)
5:30 pm Kona Cafe dinner

8/28 (HS, pool/rest, flexible evening)

8 am Play n Dine character breakfast
12 pm Sci Fi cafe lunch
5:30 pm The Wave dinner

8/29 (Epcot, pool/rest, go to 9 pm Fantasmic)

7:30 am Chef Mickey's breakfast
12 pm Coral Reef Lunch (heard these portions are smaller?)
6 pm Grand Floridian Cafe (plan on taking bus from GF to HS - is this enough time? we could drive as well)

8/30 - Check out day, do MK until we have had enough

8:30 am The Wave Breakfast

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Our comments in red -- sounds like a great variety--have a grand time

Sounds great!!! CRT dinner is wonderful. I was worried before we went as I had heard some sketchy things about dinners there but we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the food. My daughter ordered the porkchops which were heavenly.
Tusker House breakfast was one of our favorites. Loved the character interaction, had so much fun here and thought the food was great. Great variety of pastry and the quiches and blintzes were must haves!
We tried to get breakfast or lunch ressies for Hollywood and Vine (my DD loves Little Einsteins) but they weren't available. We did eat there for dinner though and liked it. While it wasen't our very favorite we found the food good and I've heard good things about breakfast.

Your plan looks great! We are also planning Crystal Palace and Donald character breakfasts in May. My 5 year old LOVES the characters! He was sooo happy last year at our character meals! This is in sharp contrast to our 11 year old who could always take them or leave them and our 8 year old who literally HIDES under the table still when the characters stop by! :rotfl: We did manage to get him to pose (and smile) :rotfl: with the princesses though!
